Matter & Gas builds and operates Governed Expert Desks for firms whose product is expertise. We built the factory before we sold the first machine — so every Desk is manufactured, identified, and operated with the same discipline.
Studio defines the work: the knowledge, the behaviors, the review points, the deliverables. The platform runs it on AWS. Matter & Gas installs and operates the finished Desk. Clients never assemble an AI stack, manage models, or invent a governance system — that is the factory's job.

Every Desk is assembled from published, versioned parts — prompts, skills, recipes — that passed inspection before they may be used.
A manufactured Desk version never changes underneath you. Improvements are re-manufactured as the next version and released deliberately.
A new Desk is a configuration order through the same factory — not a custom application built on the side.
Publication, activation, operation, approval, delivery, cost — the factory writes its own ledger as it works.
