Six configuration elements define a Desk completely. Nothing else is hidden behind the plate. When we install your Desk, this table is filled in with your firm's values — and it becomes the machine's identification record.

Work product moves through recorded states. The hold is structural: an external deliverable cannot reach delivery without a professional's release, and a rejected draft returns to the Desk carrying the professional's notes.
